    • Built Slid, a system that automatically extracts unique scenes from videos
    • developed a feature that automatically generated quizzes from uploaded PDFs
    • led backend CRUD development, cloud architecture, and distributed processing
    • reduced processing time for a 60-minute video from minutes to under 20 seconds using AWS Lambda-based distributed processing
    • contributed to securing the company鈥檚 first seed funding round.

  • Lead Developer / Founding Engineer

    • Built and launched WebView-based mobile applications for both Android and iOS, plus a web version of the service
    • managed two interns and two junior developers sequentially
    • developed backend services with Django (Python) and frontend with vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript, heavily using Bootstrap and jQuery
    • designed, deployed, and operated AWS infrastructure end-to-end
    • implemented daily/weekly/monthly personalized push notifications and automated vote-generation batch jobs
    • scaled the platform to approximately 100K total users.

    • Initially attempted to build a MOOC-style service but the project was discontinued
    • then worked on PHP-based web development at a small consulting firm
    • later developed a QuizUp-like mobile application using Cocos2d-x (C++) that ultimately did not launch.
